Our 60-Night Guarantee
We want you to sleep on it, literally. Try your Nightwick blanket for a full 60 nights. If it's not right for you, we'll make it right.

How it works
If you're not happy within 60 nights of delivery, contact us through our contact form with your order number and a quick note on what went wrong. We'll sort out a full refund for you, no stress, no runaround.

In most cases, you won't need to post anything back, we'd rather you keep the blanket or pass it on to someone who'll use it than deal with return shipping.

Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 6-10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

What's covered
The 60-night guarantee applies to your Nightwick blanket purchased directly from our website. It's one trial refund per household.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it in full, no questions asked.
