Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time
Orders typically arrive within 6-10 business days from the date of order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods or holidays.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all US orders. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control (weather, carrier delays, peak periods) can affect delivery times. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, contact us using the contact form and we'll help right away.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll always do our best to help.
